This Panflex TM upgrade kit allows Kara users to upgrade their system to Kara II. A single Kara II enclosure offers four horizontal directivity patterns: 70° or 110° symmetrical and 90° asymmetrical on either side. With a tighter control of the directivity, the 70° setting brings an additional 2 dB compared to the 110° setting increasing.

17 January 2020 The new Kara II features Panflex which gives Kara four-in-one directivity, covering any and all audience geometry. The four different directivity patterns include: 70° or 110° symmetrical and 90° asymmetrical, steering to either the left or right. In its 70° configuration, Kara II packs a full 2dB more than in 110°.
